Front Desk

At the front desk, you will find the reception desk for our facility and a variety of amenities. There is no need to prepare all the many things as you would when camping usually, so you can literally enjoy your stay empty-handed.

Lounge

Available from before check-in (from 1:00 pm) Please relax in the tatami room. You can use the room until 10:30 pm during your stay.

Star Cafe

We have a wide variety of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks available. We also have a luxurious side menu buffet, a 31 ice cream freezer, and a cotton cart. Please enjoy the star cafe full of charm.

*We also offer Gifu Prefecture’s locally brewed sake.

Accommodation Dome

Two types of domes are available for overnight stays: 30 m2 and 50 m2. They can be enjoyed by friends and family or used for parties. After enjoying your barbecue, you can spend your time comfortably inside the dome. Pillows are available in pile or cotton, so please use whichever you prefer.

Cottage/BBQ Corner

The cottage adjacent to the dome for overnight stays is available for dinner and breakfast. The barbecue grills here use gas, which provides a stable heat for grilling meat and makes it really delicious. Shower rooms and toilets are available in the cottages, so you can use them even in the middle of the night. They are made out of Hinoki (Japanese cypress) so you can enjoy the aroma as well.

Tent Sauna

Saunas have become so popular that they are now the subject of TV dramas, and their popularity is not limited to just those who love the outdoors. At Hoshigami no Mori, we have an outdoor sauna in addition to the outdoor baths. We invite you to experience feeling fully refreshed in our outdoor sauna, which is different from that of a hot spring facility.

Open-air bath

There is an open-air bath in the facilities of Hoshigami no Mori. Please enjoy the luxurious open-air bath where you can take a bath with a view of the open and rich natural scenery that changes from season to season. The shampoos provided in the outdoor baths are “Steven Knoll” that have been jointly developed by KOSE and Steven Knoll, a top hair stylist in New York. The outdoor bath and sauna are available as a set for 4,400 yen (tax included)/70 minutes per room.

bath for family (not public) use

The indoor baths have been reopened. The indoor baths have been renovated and reopened. We provide Stephen Knoll hair products jointly developed by New York’s top stylist Stephen Knoll and KOSE which were very popular in our outdoor baths. The bath is available for private use for 4,400 yen/70 minutes.

Star Square

You can find the star square in the lower section of the Hoshigami Forest is a star square. Rest and relax during the day, feeling the breeze. Around 8:30 pm our staff will light a campfire. The large fire creates a magical atmosphere.

Water Playground

Next to the star square, there is a water playground made of spring water. Available for use before check-in. You can try boating and enjoy observing wildlife.There is also a gazebo in the center where you can watch the stars and make a bonfire.

Electric scooters

Electric scooter course from Hoshigami Forest to Hoshigami Iwa. You will ride an electric scooter to Hoshigami Park and climb up to Hoshigami Iwa, which is about a 20-minute walk from Hoshigami Park. The area is known to be a power spot so enjoy the course with your friends, as a couple, or with family. 2,200 yen per scooter for 90 minutes

NEXT Cruiser (Mini Jeep)

This is a walking course from Hoshigami Forest to Hoshigami Iwa. You will drive a NEXT Cruiser to Hoshigami Park and climb up to Hoshigami Iwa, which is about a 20-minute walk from Hoshigami Park. The area is known to be a power spot so enjoy the course with your friends, as a couple, or with family. 4,400 yen per car for 90 minutes

Mini Jeep Riding Area

Mini Jeep rides that can accommodate two people. Drivers must have a driver’s license. Parents and guardians are responsible for riding with their children.3,300 yen per car for 45 minutes
