Terms of Use

Hoshigami no Mori Glamping Terms of Use (Accommodation)

These terms and conditions are intended to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests when using this facility. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in observing the following items. If you violate these terms and conditions, we may terminate your contract of use (accommodation).

① Use of the facilities

1.It is prohibited to use the facilities for more than the number of people reserved for. If it is discovered that the number of guests exceeds the number of people reserved for, an additional fee will be charged.

2. Between 11:00pm and 7:00am is silent time. Please stay quietly in your dome tent.

3. Please refrain from playing with balls or using any other equipment that may disturb other guests. In the event that a third party is injured or suffers damage while using such equipment, the customer shall be held responsible and the facility shall not be held liable in any way.

4.Smoking is not permitted inside the dome and BBQ deck. Please use the smoking area in the pavilion or the smoking area in Hoshigami.
※If found smoking or bringing in cigarette butts, etc., you will be charged 200,000 yen for damages, cleaning fees, and sales stoppage fees, etc.

5. Do not bring any of the following items into the tent.
・Animals and other pets in general
・Items that produce an unpleasant or unusual odor
・Explosives, volatile or other easily ignited or flammable materials
・Any property that is deemed to be a threat to the safety of other customers.

6.Reservations and use of the hotel by members of organized crime groups, persons related to organized crime groups, and other antisocial groups are not permitted.

7. Any behavior that may cause trouble for other customers is strictly prohibited. If you are found to be causing trouble, you will be warned by the facility. If the situation does not improve, you may be asked to leave the venue. In such cases, no refunds will be made.

8.In the event that it is deemed impossible to enjoy glamping safely during business hours due to inclement weather or natural disasters, we may ask you to evacuate immediately.

9. Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, theft, loss, etc. while using our facilities.

10. This facility is not responsible for any fire or accident caused by the negligence of guests.

11.If you damage, lose, or contaminate our facilities, equipment, supplies, or other items that affect our business operations, we may charge you the equivalent cost.

12. It is prohibited to take home the bath towels and equipment provided. If discovered after you check out, you may be asked to return them by mail.

13. If you have tattoos, please make sure they are not exposed.

14.It is prohibited to bring in any stimulants, narcotics, or other drugs prohibited by law.

15. Please take care of your own health when using the sauna.

16. If you have children with you, please keep an eye on them. The facility will not be held responsible for any injuries, problems, or accidents that may occur.

② Regarding storage of valuables and personal belongings

1. Please take care of your valuables and expensive belongings by yourself. We will not be held responsible for any items or cash brought in by guests unless  there is intentional or negligent misconduct on our part.

2. In the event that a guest’s baggage or personal belongings are left unattended at the property after check-out, they will be shipped to the owner cash on delivery. If there is no instruction from the owner, or if the owner cannot be found, we will keep the item for 7 days including the day found, and then deliver it to the nearest police station or dispose of it in any way we deem appropriate.

③ Regarding Meals

1.Dumping of food or leftover meals is strictly prohibited.

2. It is your responsibility to take care of the food and beverages you bring with you. The facility is not responsible for any food poisoning.

3. Please be sure to store food in each dome tent or in the attached refrigerator. The surrounding area is rich in nature and is inhabited by many wild animals  and insects. If food or leftovers are left on the deck it may result in damage.

4. Please refrain from leaving leftover food and/or drink, or taking food and/or drink home with you.
If a significant amount of food and/or drink is left over or taken away, an additional fee of 5,000 yen/person may be charged.

5.Food and drinks provided by the facility may not be taken home.

6.Please be careful not to get drunk due to excessive alcohol consumption. Please be aware that drunken people may be asked to leave the venue.

④ Regarding the use of tents

1. Smoking and the use of fire (including mosquito coils and matches) are strictly prohibited in the tents.

2.Please be quiet during the silent hours from 11pm to 7am.

⑤ Regarding your vehicle

1. Parking in areas other than those designated is prohibited.

2. Drinking and driving is prohibited.

3. Please refrain from idling, revving, or any other activities that may cause noise.

4. Please drive at the slowest speed possible when inside the facility.

⑥ Regarding Garbage Disposal

1. There are trash cans for burnable trash, plastic bottles, and cans on each deck. Please be sure to separate your trash when you dispose of it.

2.At around 10:00 p.m we will come to collect the dishes from your deck. Please gather them together for ease of collection.

⑦ Regarding the campfire

1. Please keep a sufficient distance from the fire to avoid burns and burned clothes. We will not be held responsible for any burns or injuries that may occur.

2. Throwing anything into the fire, including firewood, is prohibited.

⑧ Cancellation Charges

1. The following fees will be charged for cancellations requested by customers.
7 days prior or less : 100% of total amount of reservation.
15 days to 8 days prior to the date of the reservation: 50% of the total amount of reservation.

2. If the facility makes the decision to close, no cancellation fee will be charged. The facility will not compensate the customer.

3. In the event of cancellation by the customer prior to the decision by the facility, the normal cancellation fee will be charged.
In case of typhoon or inclement weather In the event of a typhoon or other inclement weather that is expected to cause a disaster, we reserve the right to refuse accommodations based on our highest safety priority.
<Timing of decision for closures>
・Noon of the day before your stay
・Even on the day of your stay, we may have to close the facility suddenly due to weather changes or disaster conditions.
<Criteria>
If the date of use falls under any of the following conditions:
・When the weather forecast by the Japan Meteorological Agency indicates that the facility will be in the typhoon storm warning area.
・When a weather warning is issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency for the area in question.
・When the facility is judged to be difficult to operate.
<How to contact us>
If we determine that the facility will be closed, we will notify the representative of the reservation by phone, email, or SNS as soon as possible.

⑨Use of Cookie Information

1. Our website may contain advertisements distributed by third parties, including Yahoo Japan Corporation, and in connection therewith, such third parties may acquire and use cookie information, etc., of users who visit our website.

2.Cookie information, etc. acquired by the third party will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy of the third party.

3. The user may access an opt-out page on the third party’s website to stop the third party’s use of cookie information, etc. for the delivery of advertisements.

4.
